Every Saturday and Sunday morning, the kitchen team at The Liberty Tavern is up bright and early to start loading up the all-you-can-eat brunch buffet. By the time the brunch crowd starts to flood the dining room, the so-called Breakfast Table is fully stocked with a spread of sweet and savory bites.
Take as many return trips to the buffet as you like to pack your plate with dishes like French toast and apple compote, homemade biscuits smothered with gravy, and fresh scrambled eggs. The buffet also includes a few signature house dishes, like the pickle-brined fried chicken, stone-ground grits with cheddar cheese, and grilled sirloin steak. If you'd rather enjoy something from the a la carte menu, that's available at brunch, as well. It encompasses dishes such as Meyer Ranch sirloin steak and eggs and brunch pizza topped with sausage, bacon, and eggs.
